I know that I have read you should have ActiveSync 3.5 (which I do); that it is best to do a hard reset prior to the upgrade since the upgrade wipes out everything old anyway; and that the CD basically tells you what to do as you go along. Then you re-install any extra programs and old programs that you have.

for any help/recommendations or Advise Rose You should be able to set your BIOS to boot from CD then just boot using the WINME Disk and run setup it will install a fresh copy including all system files but will retain all your old programs. Jud.
