But what I would do is to the folder where you put these old programs and double click on the ".exe" and see if it runs. If it does then make a shortcut But if I was you I would reinstall Windows 95 with out first installing 3.1. It is not necessary to install 3.1 before the 95 upgrade if that is what you have.
